Please note orders CANNOT be changed, cancelled ore modified once they have been placed.  Please do not email us to do so.

General

• We can only accept one coupon code per order
• Please note if you use any discount code that offers 20% or more off, your items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.

Shipping

• All in stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS.  All packages are sent with a tracking number.  
• PRE ORDERS take 3-4 weeks to ship depending on the estimated time frame.  Some pre orders make take up to 6-8 weeks to ship.  Please note the estimated time is just an estimate and it may take more or less time to ship.  We appreciate your patience!
• Regular shipping for US customers is always FREE!
• West Raspberry is not responsible for packages once they leave our hands.  For any items that have been received by USPS, PLEASE contact USPS for ANY issues.  USPS: 1-800-275-8777 Any lost, stolen, or other issues are not our responsibility.

• WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. 

Do you offer gift cards?  YES! You can simply download our app & search 'gift card' to purchase!

Do you offer returns/exchanges?   Yes! Please see all of the info on returns & exchanges .

Can I pick up an order?  At this time we only offer local pick up upon request.  We usually ship out items within 24 hours of purchase so please contact us immediately if you would like to pick up!
