Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of your order placement.
We will do our best to make the change. However, we are not liable if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Weekends and public holidays are not included. We process all orders within 1 business day.
Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.
Due to the global shipping crisis, you may experience shipping delays up to 2 weeks.

Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they are available. If there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge).
We’ll send you a separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.
While we are doing everything in our power to expedite your order, due to COVID-19, you may experience some delays in shipping time.
WE MAKE RETURNS EASY
We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply send us an email with your order number at email@example.com and we will handle the rest.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in all of its original packaging. Please include photos or videos of any damage when you email us to initiate your return at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will happily provide refunds or store credit for returned items that follow our Return Procedure below.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt by contacting email@example.com with your order number and reason for return (including photos or video of defects).
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as for instructions. Item(s) must be shipped out within 3 days of receipt of your return label.
Where possible please return the item(s) in the original packaging. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags attached. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Please note that due to extremely high order volume, if we run out of stock, you may receive an item that is unbranded. Rest assured it undergoes the same quality assurance as our branded products.
