We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply send us an email with your order number at hello@ledesthetics.com and we will handle the rest.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in all of its original packaging. Please include photos or videos of any damage when you email us to initiate your return at meggsharebeauty@outlook.com.

We will happily provide refunds or store credit for returned items that follow our Return Procedure below.  

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt by contacting meggsharebeauty@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return (including photos or video of defects). 

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions. Item(s) must be shipped out within 3 days of receipt of your return label.

Where possible please return the item(s) in the original packaging. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with original tags attached. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
